The purpose of this site is to provide an online resource for logging training and dieting progress. The subdomain has been named tlogs, as this is our abbreviation for Training Logs (idea obviously being taken from Web Logs and Blogs).

We encourage you to also set up an account and track your progress here. We can all learn from each other. People will be able to comment on your training log to give you advice and support. There will also be a forum for generally discussion, and to request advice etc.

Blogging here is very simple. There is no cost, you get your own RSS feed that you can share with friends or post to your Facebook profile and other social network sites. If you have any questions then take a look at the FAQ section, and use the comments there to ask anything that is not covered. Whatever your fitness and weight loss goals are, you are welcome to blog them here!
